We accept consignment drop-offs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 5pm!
Any items not picked up after 90 days, will be passed down to Hailey James' Thrift to support our community outreach initiatives!
CONSIGNMENT PROCESS
Hailey James' Exchange is a consignment shop that excepts new and used (seasonal) clothing, footwear, handbags, accessories, furniture, and home décor. All items must be in current fashion and in excellent condition.
Consignment Drop-Off:
Please bring up to 40 clean, wrinkle, and odor free items to Hailey James' Exchange (Dixie Hwy. Location). Your items will be reviewed while you wait and accepted based on current trends, popular tags and supply and demand. We will price items depending on retail price and what the market value is.

Your items will be placed for sale at Hailey James Exchange for 90 days. After 30 days a 20% discount will be applied. After 60 days a 50% discount will be applied. After 90 days, you can pick you can pick your items up from the store.
If your items are not picked up at the 90 day mark, they will become store property and passed along to Hailey James' Thrift (M-15 location) to provide support to those in need throughout our community.

We accept consignment items every Tuesday and Thursday from 11 am - 5 pm. Please feel free to stop by with your items and we will review upon your arrival. No appointment necessary.
Consignor's Cut!

Higher End: 50/50 (Lululemon, Iviva, Athleta, Lily Pulitzer, Coach, Michael Kors, Tory Burch etc.)

After your items sell, you can choose to use your earnings as store credit or cash out at the store. Your earnings will stay in the system for up to 12 months.
